    How do I register as an investor on Tyke?
    It’s simple, sign up by entering a few basic details and giving your consent to the risks that entail when you invest in startups. To invest, you will be required to complete an online KYC, verify your bank details and sign a Consent Agreement (these steps aren’t compulsory for signing up).

    Who can invest on Tyke?
    Any individual over the age of 18 years having a valid PAN and Aadhaar card can invest, including individuals residing outside the country. Tyke follows rigorous due diligence and risk mitigation processes before displaying startup campaigns. However, investors must be aware that startup investing is risky with a potential of loss of capital. Hence investors' discretion is advised.Note: If you are a corporate investor, please reach out to us at for making investments.

    Do these startups undergo due diligence?
    Startups are displayed to the investors only after due diligence has been conducted by us and an independent screening committee specially formed for the purpose of conducting due diligence of the same.

    What are the KYC documents needed to sign up with Tyke?
    A valid PAN card for identification and an Aadhaar card for eSigning the documents. We also need your bank account details for paying you interest, if applicable.

    What is minimum investment amount?
    To provide you with flexibility in choosing an investment amount, we aim to keep the minimum investment amount as low as possible. Tyke’s platform-wide minimum is ₹ 5000. However, most campaigns are somewhere between ₹ 15,000 and ₹ 35,000.
